Blush & Bloom delivers throughout India.

Delivery timeframes

Orders placed in Delhi NCR, before 3 pm (India time) will be dispatched that day and delivered by the next business day.

India wide orders placed before 3 pm (India time) will be dispatched that day and delivered within 2-3 business days.

India wide orders placed, after 3 pm (India time) will be dispatched the next day and delivered within approximately 2-3 business days.

Any orders placed after 3 pm (India time), on a Saturday, or on a public holiday may not be dispatched until the next business day. Order cutoff times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

Please note that although we aim to dispatch all orders made before 3 pm the same day we cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Blush & Bloom are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Important information

Where possible, please have deliveries sent to a workplace or residence where someone is available to receive and sign for the item. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Delivery methods and costs

Blush & Bloom offers two shipping rates as follows:

Flat 85 ₹ on orders below 999

Free shipping on orders above or equivalent to ₹999

COD charges: a flat rate of ₹45

Packaging

With the exception of sale items, all orders will be delivered to you in our packaging. Sale orders will be delivered in Blush & Bloom’s simple white carrier bags. If you prefer, you can also opt at checkout to have your order beautifully gift wrapped. All orders are then placed inside DTDC standard packaging to ensure your order is adequately protected in transit.

Shipping to multiple addresses

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Please contact us for assistance.

Free Shipping

From time to time, Blush & Bloom runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up for our newsletter by clicking here. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.

Insurance

Blush & Bloom insures each purchase against theft and accidental damage during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Blush & Bloom and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
